Very well written. You captured Napoleon's insecurities and motives wonderfully.

I happen to be fond of Damien stories, but most of them have him as a sort of impish character. I like what you've done here - presented his serious agent side and emphasized his worth to UNCLE. The interaction between Napoleon and Damien is well-played.
