I'm usually not one for the adventure part of a slash fic, but you had me on the edge of my seat! Napoleon's confession revealed an unconventional back story. The lovemaking wasn't bad either. Carry on. :)

Oh, I enjoyed this. The story progressed well, and the action moved forward apace. The dialog was spot on and the characterizations true. I loved Napoleon's halting confession and the subsequent kiss. Of course I loved that Illya would not leave Napoleon and Napoleon's admission that he couldn't bear to see him go. Nick of time rescue, final lovemaking - what a lovely way to spend a cold rainy Sunday. Thank you so much for sharing this.
