I love this story. I've read it several times -- the way it reveals itself in layers and exposes the characters in layers as we move around in time. It's a terrific piece of writing. You write them both in such a sensual fashion that also feels very true. A real pleasure.

This story is amazing. I adore your Napoleon and Illya, the memories they share, and the passion between them. I was actually quite moved by this portrait of the beginning of a partnership.
